Talya is the Head of PwC Israel’s Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice in PwC Israel and has over 30 years of experience in information technology and cyber security.
She specializes in digital transformation and has a track record of innovatively creating business value. This has included providing tools for accelerating digital transformation, designing technological, developing initiative organizational operating models and advising Boards and Executives in rapid digital transformation.
Relevant Experience
Talya is the former Head of “Mamram” (Colonel, Res.) - the Israeli Defense Forces’ (IDF) technology and cyber defense unit with over 600 tech engineers. During her service she led and managed a digital transformation process including transition to the cloud alongside managing the design, implementation and operation of an innovative Data Center strategy. She design new She led change processes that reshaped management and development concepts and methodologies, designed innovative processes with operational units to deliver innovative capabilities at the relevant time. Among these roles and initiatives, Talya set up and managed the Cyber Defense Center accountable for analyzing threats and weaknesses to network architecture.
Following Talya’s military service and before joining PwC, she was asked by the Israeli Government - during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic - to establish Israel’s Hospital Command & Control system. This involved working alongside the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense and 150 people from various companies and organizations to rapidly establish a control system to manage the challenges of Covid-19.
