Tamir Hay

Tamir is an Assurance Partner at PwC Israel.

Tamir has been with the firm since 2000 and has vast experience in managing and leading assurance engagements with private and public companies from the technology, retail, production and medical equipment industries. He is also very experienced in supporting startups from inception to maturity and has vast expertise with US GAAP.

Between 2010-2013, Tamir worked as a Senior Manager at the PwC New York technology audit group.

As part of his work for the Israel and US firms, he gained rich experience in a broad array of engagements including IPOs and capital raising, compliance with PCAOB rules, M&As, SOX and SEC compliance.

Between 2009-2010, Tamir led a major international advisory projects, serving as PMO, and worked closely with the US firm.

Tamir holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting awarded by the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.

Tamir is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
