Tzachi Schwartz is a Tax Partner at the International Taxation Department of PwC Israel. Tzachi has extensive experience providing tax services to multinational clients in connection with their international operations, including, advising U.S. and non-U.S. corporations on the structuring of their outbound and inbound business and investment activities. Tzachi has practiced U.S. federal income tax law for 10 years in New York with two law firms. During that time, Tzachi advised hedge funds and financial institutions on U.S. tax issues relating to financial products, advised multinational corporations with respect to cross border merger and acquisition transactions and counselled high-net-worth individuals on their investments in the United States. Tzachi is admitted to the Israeli and New York Bar. He holds a Law Degree (magna cum laude) and a BA in Economics from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an LL.M. in Taxation and an MBA in Finance from New York University. |
