Vered Kirshner

Vered Kirshner is a Tax Partner and the leader of PwC Israel's Transfer Pricing Department and the International Assignments Department.

Vered specializes in assisting companies in the high-tech, life sciences and industrial production sectors. Vered has extensive experience in providing tax services and ongoing tax support to Israeli and foreign corporations operating in Israel. In addition Vered is experienced in conducting transfer pricing projects in accordance with US, OECD and Israeli transfer pricing regulations.

Vered spent two years leading the Israeli tax desk at PwC San Jose, California, where she gained specific expertise with respect to US investments and operations in Israel. She has assisted foreign investors with respect to their Israeli investments and operations. Vered also advises several leading multinational companies.

Vered holds a Law Degree from Tel-Aviv University, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Economics, and is a Certified Public Accountant and an Advocate in Israel. Vered has published several articles regarding various tax issues and lectured several accounting courses at Tel-Aviv University. Vered is a member of the Tax Leadership Committee of the Israeli CPAs' council.
