Yaron Weizenbluth

Yaron Weizenbluth is the Assurance Leader at PwC Israel.

Yaron joined PwC in 2003 and has extensive experience in serving companies ranging from emerging businesses to multinationals. He has gained significant experience with tech companies.

As Assurance Leader, Yaron is responsible for the overall services provided to thousands of local and global clients, among them hundreds of US and Israeli traded companies. This is done through industry-specialized assurance teams that better address the specific needs of clients. The practice also offers the services of several high-expertise teams such as the Capital Markets Department, Corporate Reporting Services, Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, Digital and Risk Assurance.

Previously, Yaron served as High-Tech Assurance Cluster Leader, and in that capacity he supported numerous IPOs in Israel and the US as well as significant amount of mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, financial due-diligence and tax structuring. Among his current and past clients as Engagement Leader and Quality Review Audit are Mobileye, Innoviz, Valens, InMode, Ilex Medical and more.

Yaron holds a MBA from the Tel-Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Management.

Yaron is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
