This service has a flexible pricing model, based on the achievement of real advantages for the client, which will be periodically verified through structured monitoring and reporting covering all phases of the digitization process: from participation in training sessions, to the final accounting of the benefits generated by the technological solutions.

Center of Excellence Setup 

A solution to create, train and grow an in-house team dedicated to automation
In this case, PwC will support the client in setting up and structuring its in-house Center of Excellence. As soon as the Center of Excellence will be fully operational, the client itself will manage the team dedicated to digitization, through structured processes for ongoing training, identification of use cases and their implementation, with the support from PwC for targeted and strategic activities, if needed.

Depending on the company’s specific needs, the proposed solution may include specialised and customised services dedicated to:

  • Analysis of client needs and identification of short-, medium- and long-term strategic objectives in IT and Innovation;
  • Definition and grounding of the organizational model, information flows and models for monitoring operational performance (KPIs);
  • Selection and activation of target technologies;
  • Sizing and staffing of the team's functional and technical profiles; 
  • Planning and delivery of dedicated training courses for the entire corporate population.
