Everyday Inclusion is the things we do, the way we behave and how we interact with each other on a daily basis that supports our culture and behaviours to be a truly inclusive environment. We recognise that our people are our biggest strength and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels comfortable bringing their whole self to work is integral to who we are and how we operate. We can only produce our best and highest quality work when we build a workforce made up of talented people with a breadth of experiences, who can bring innovation and fresh perspectives and feel empowered to celebrate their differences within a safe and respectful environment.
We, therefore, place a significant emphasis on being diverse and inclusive as well as promoting a healthy work-life balance. We already have a rich diversity of backgrounds across all our Channel Island offices and our people, at all levels, have been involved in diversity and inclusion training. We celebrate this cultural richness during such occasions as our annual Culture Week, a week dedicated to highlighting the variety of backgrounds of our team and showing how we can have great fun bringing out the best in all of us, together.
