Summer Internships: June - July (Five week paid placement)

Five weeks to learn, grow, and maybe even secure a job offer!

What you’ll do

As an intern, you’ll step into a role that mirrors the experience of our full-time trainee recruits, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of work and clients. While you’re working, you’ll also be studying towards a professional qualification.

You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Every intern begins with a comprehensive induction, and you’ll receive technical training to equip you with all the skills you’ll need. It’s a steep learning curve, but with support at every step, you’ll be able to make a real impact. Alongside a dedicated buddy to guide you, you’ll receive regular feedback to help you grow and develop.

In addition to your work, you’ll study for the ACCA Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting (RQF Level 2) through our training provider. PwC covers all the costs for your study materials and exam fees, so you can focus on succeeding.

During your internship, you’ll spend three days a week in our offices and two days at our training provider’s premises. Whether it's working with clients, collaborating with our people, or enjoying our social events, you’ll be surprised at just how much you’ll learn and the skills you’ll develop.

And if you perform well, there’s a real chance you could finish your internship with a job offer, joining us as a permanent team member after school or university.

Who we’re looking for

This opportunity is open to Guernsey students who are at university or in their final year of A Levels, BTEC, or an equivalent qualification. It’s a great chance to build your skills and confidence in a professional environment.

It doesn’t matter what you’re currently studying, but you should be on track to complete your A Levels (or equivalent) or university degree, with strong academic performance to show for it.

You’ll also need to be residentially qualified, as this internship is exclusively for local candidates in the Channel Islands.

When to apply

We encourage you to apply as early as possible, as this role may close ahead of the deadline if we receive a high level of interest.

Don’t miss out—apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding career with PwC!
