Dive into the world of professional services with PwC's internship programmes. We currently offer two types of internships over the summer, one five-week and one two-week, both of which are paid for placements. Our internship programmes are designed to kickstart your career and if you perform well, there's a real chance you could finish with a job offer, joining us as a permanent team member after school or university.
As an intern, you’ll step into a role that mirrors the experience of our full-time trainee recruits, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of work and clients. While you’re working, you’ll also be studying towards a professional qualification.
You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Every intern begins with a comprehensive induction, and you’ll receive technical training to equip you with all the skills you’ll need. It’s a steep learning curve, but with support at every step, you’ll be able to make a real impact. Alongside a dedicated buddy to guide you, you’ll receive regular feedback to help you grow and develop.
In addition to your work, you’ll study for the ACCA Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting (RQF Level 2) through our training provider. PwC covers all the costs for your study materials and exam fees, so you can focus on succeeding.
During your internship, you’ll spend three days a week in our offices and two days at our training provider’s premises. Whether it’s working with clients, collaborating with our people, or enjoying our social events, you’ll be surprised at just how much you’ll learn and the skills you’ll develop.
As a Digital Solutions Intern, you’ll gain exposure to diverse work and clients while being part of our dynamic and expanding Risk Assurance Services team.
To ensure you’re well-prepared, our program includes an induction that provides you with essential training in both technical and professional skills necessary for success during your internship. Although the learning curve is steep and challenging, you’ll have support to help you make a meaningful impact and acquire skills that will propel your career forward. As well as having a ‘buddy’ to answer your questions, you’ll have regular feedback on your performance.
Throughout the internship, you’ll be based in our offices five days a week, growing your knowledge and experience in our four practice areas: Digital Audit, Data Assurance, Cyber Security and Tech Risk, and Trust and Transparency Services. You’ll also have the chance to develop and present a digital solution to a panel.
Whether it’s engaging with clients, collaborating with colleagues, expanding your network, or participating in social events, you’ll be amazed at the skills you’ll develop and how much you’ll learn.
If you come from Jersey or Guernsey and you’re studying towards you’re A Levels, BTEC or equivalent, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and confidence at PwC CI.
Whilst it doesn’t matter that you’re currently studying, you should have a keen interest in all things technology related and be on your way to completing your A Levels (or equivalent), being able to demonstrate good academic performance.
You’ll need to be residentially qualified (the CI internship programme is only open to local people seeking employment in the CI).
To avoid disappointment, we recommend applying as early as you can as applications for these roles may close early should we receive a high volume of interest.
Don’t miss out – apply today and take the first step towards a rewarding career with PwC!
