PwC Channel Islands' NED Remuneration Survey 2024

We are delighted to share with you the flash results from our detailed Remuneration Survey for 2024. These results will give you a feel for how the market has moved since our last reports in 2021 and 2018.

We continue to aim to provide insight and some transparency into the Channel Island non-executive director remuneration market practice. In addition to these flash results, we will be releasing a more detailed report in February 2025 with information, not previously publicly available, to help understand the key aspects of the non-executive director role.
