PwC provided M&A advisory to Strike Capital Management on the acquisition of Paganica Country Club

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the sale of Paganica Country Club by Daewoo E&C Co., Ltd. to Striker Capital Management

Paganica Country Club(CC), founded in 2011, is a private golf course (18 holes) in Gangwon-do, Korea.
The country club changed to public golf course in 2016 due to financial deterioration, and currently operates Hill course (9 holes) and Forest course (9 holes). 

Strike Capital Management, the new owner of Paganica Country Club, is a private equity firm in South Korea.

The PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team, led by Sang-Soo Yoo and Jin-Song Chung, provided financial due diligence service for Strike Capital Management and successfully closed the transaction.
