Kolon Environment & Energy was established in 2002, constructs and operates waste disposal facilities, manages sewage facilities as well as facilities to prevent water and air pollution. It has outstanding technology in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) sectors.
E&F Private Equity, the new owners of Kolon Environment & Energy Co., Ltd is a private equity firm in South Korea. It invested Insun Environmental New Technology Co., Ltd, Yoochang Industrial Co., Ltd, and Korea Environment Technology Co., Ltd.
The PwC Korea Deal 1 team, led by Sang-Min Lee and JungTak Han, provided financial due diligence and valuation service and successfully closed the transaction.
