Adam Cook

Adam has more than 12 years of professional service experience with PwC in both the Cayman Islands and New York. Since joining PwC, Adam has focused his efforts on providing tax compliance and consulting services to hedge funds, private equity funds, investment managers, and captive insurance companies. He has regularly dealt with U.S. tax issues of PFIC’s, CFC’s, partnerships, securities taxation, and structuring. He provides U.S. FATCA and CRS compliance and consulting services.

Adam has a B.S.B.A with a double Major in Accounting and International Business from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated Cum Laude in December 2008. Adam is a licensed Certified Public Account in New York, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA).
