Francois du Toit

Francois du Toit is a partner in the fund referred audit work engagement group of PwC Cayman, with almost 18 years of experience in auditing and accounting for alternative investment funds under both IFRS and US GAAP, including a period spent working with a major global fund administrator.

Francois has extensive experience in a variety of hedge fund structures and strategies and works closely with PwC firms in the world’s major investment management centres.

Francois has a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.  He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member and licensed practitioner with the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants, a licenced Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois, and also a CFA charterholder.
