Jamie is a Director at PwC Cayman Islands, focusing on valuations and M&A across the Caribbean region. Jamie has over 10 years’ experience with PwC in the UK and the Cayman Islands.

Since joining the Corporate Finance practice in 2018, Jamie has provided a broad range of M&A and valuation services to a range of clients including private equity and hedge fund managers, as well as regional operating businesses.

Jamie specializes in private company valuation spanning all industries, sectors and geographies. He also has experience valuing private credit securities, structured finance products and real estate & infrastructure investments. 

Jamie's recent transaction experience includes several sell-side lead advisory mandates for clients operating in the financial services, hospitality, energy and automotive sectors.

Jamie is a CFA® charter holder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He also holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
