At a hearing of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands held on 18 June 2018, Simon Conway of PwC Corporate Finance and Recovery (Cayman) Limited, P.O. Box 258, 18 Forum Lane, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman KY1-1104, Cayman Islands, Michael Jervis of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2RT, United Kingdom and Mohammed Farzadi of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, Emaar Square, Building 4, Level 8, P.O. Box 11987, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, were appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”) of the Company. Attached below, for your reference, is a copy of a Notice of Appointment of the JPLs.
