French Chamber of Commerce

On the 4th December PwC hosted a meeting of the French Chamber of Commerce  with the participation of Mr Y. Seytenov, the head of the Green Economy Department of the Almaty Akimat and Mr D. Akhmetkaliyev, deputy head of the Green Economy Department of the Almaty Akimat.

The speakers and the participants discussed the  problematic issues related  to production waste management and ecology in Kazakhstan and shared international experience and best practices. Anna Strezhneva, Senior Associate of PwC Legal Russia and Yelena Ryzhkova, Legal Director of PwC Kazakhstan presented on current hot topics on the regulations of the extended producer responsibility in Russia and gave comparative comments on Kazakhstan.
