Amendments to the Rules for Labeling and Traceability of Medicines are initiated to suspend traceability of medicines until 1 July 2024.

In details

On 14 October 2022 the draft Order of the Minister of Health “On Introduction of Amendments to the Rules for Labeling and Traceability of Medicines dated 27 January 2021 No.KR DSM-11” (the “draft Order”) has been published for public discussions. The draft Order stipulates suspension of the requirement for traceability of medicines until 1 July 2024.

The public discussions of the draft Order ended on 28 October 2022, and it is subject for further consideration based on the suggestions provided during the public discussions and approval.
