China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Kazakhstan representative office and PwC webinar: Construction in Kazakhstan
On 30 of July, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Kazakhstan representative office and PwC in cooperation with JSC “Kazakh Invest NC" conducted a webinar "Construction in Kazakhstan". The chief representative of CCPIT, Mr.Gao Qi, delivered the opening speech and highlighted the prosperous cooperation between Kazakhstan and China nowadays, as well as PwC's contribution into the regional Chinese business development. Mr. Kuanysh Amantay, the chief representative of Kazakh Invest in China, introduced the latest situation of China-Kazakhstan investment cooperation. PwC experts discussed features of the Kazakhstan construction market, KZT/CNY Exchange rates and related risks, legal requirements for construction contracts, immigration updates, general overview of tax issues of construction contracts and practical tips to prepare loss claims resulting from delays.
