Personnel records management should be carried out in accordance with requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. HR records keeping is the responsibility of the employer. An incorrectly structured process of working with personnel documents can lead to many negative consequences: incorrect calculation of payments to employees, non-fulfillment or poor-quality performance of labor duties by employees, labor disputes and inspections, litigation, and administrative fines. To avoid these and other possible risks, employers should take the issue of drawing up personnel documents seriously and entrust this process to specialists with excellent knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rules of documentation and personnel records management, and the ability to foresee and prevent risks arising in labor relations.

Our Services

PwC offers services in the field of HR Compliance: from the full support of daily HR processes in the company to the development of policies, regulations, preparation of required and other acts of the employer. 

PwC KZ Team  will be able to assist with preparation of HR documentation required as per KZ Labor Code for the following HR events:

  • onboarding,  personal file preparation;
  • personnel movement and and other changes in the terms of the employment contract (transfer to another job, changing the amount of wages, work conditions, etc.);
  • change of personal data;

  • annual vacations, recall from vacation, unpaid vacations, preparation of vacation schedule;

  • business trips;

  • work on weekends and holidays, overtime work;

  • compiling timesheets;

  • registration of employment agreements, additional agreements and terminations on the State portal “Enbek.kz”;

  • disciplinary actions;

  • employment termination, employment record book registering.

We also provide services on developing of standard HR policies in accordance with Labour Legislation requirements:

  • Labor Regulations;

  • Regulation on business trips;

  • Policy on salary and bonuses;

  • Reconciliation committee.

All HR documentation could be generated in English, Russian and Kazakh as per initial setup and client’s requirements. Various HR advices or assistance on unusual situations could be provided on an ad-hoc basis.
