We have extensive experience in assisting our clients with Kazakh market entry. In particular, we provide legal services such as advising on various regulatory matters, including matters for choosing appropriate legal forms for presence in Kazakhstan, obtaining investment preferences and other forms of state support, assistance with state (record) registration of subsidiaries and structural divisions, support with post-registration procedures (obtaining a corporate stamp, opening a bank account, formalizing labor relations, conclusion of office lease agreement, etc.), support with obtaining permits and performing registration actions with local state authorities.

Annual Legal Retainer

Our team of highly qualified lawyers provides the legal services to support daily activities in Kazakhstan, to comply with corporate requirements (holding meetings of governing bodies, adoption of corporate documents, etc.). Our retainer service includes provision of legal assistance for one calendar year, such as preparation of all minutes from meetings and resolutions of the legal entity's governing bodies, as well as preparing standard corporate documents, such as the charter and foundation agreement. We also provide legal advice on the client's business related matters, as well as support with state re-registration, notification and obtaining registration certificates in state bodies of Kazakhstan.

Intra-group structuring

Our team provides a full range of legal services during performance of intra-group structuring by our clients (e.g., intra-group structuring, reorganization, carve-out, etc.), including analysis of regulatory requirements, steps, timeline and documents necessary for structuring, preparation of detailed step plan for implementation of the structuring, as well as legal assistance during implementation of the structuring.
