PwC's Tax and Transaction Advisory Team advised Quaero European Infrastructure Fund on transaction
PwC's Tax and Transaction Advisory Team contributed to the successful completion of a significant transaction - Quaero European Infrastructure Fund, managed by the Swiss company Quaero Capital, acquired 100% shares in Vėjų spektras UAB, a company that manages the wind farm of 21,5 MW in Šilutė district. PwC represented the fund and performed the tax and financial due diligence and provided other advisory and tax consultations related to the acquisition. The lead team from PwC Baltic included Tax project managers Ronaldas Kubilius, Ieva Rimkienė and Deals senior manager Aleksandras Papšys.
