Aurimas Drumstas

Aurimas is a member of PwC Legal mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice team, with legal experience in advising clients on a wide range of administrative law, corporate law and litigation matters.
Aurimas gained professional experience by performing various types of legal analysis in the commercial law sector, preparing contracts and corporate documents, performing legal due diligence, ensuring clients' interests in relations with state and municipal institutions, and preparing procedural documents in court disputes and arbitration.
Aurimas obtained a master's degree in law in 2021 at the Faculty of Law of Vytautas Magnus University. Additionally, he deepened his knowledge at Masaryk University (Czech Republic).
In 2019 Aurimas, together with the team from Vytautas Magnus University, represented Lithuania in the prestigious, international Phillip C. Jessup competition in Washington D.C. (United States of America)
