Dominykas Jokšas

Dominykas is a Manager at PwC Legal, associate attorney-at-law. His field of legal expertise is financial and corporate laws. His working experience includes establishment (including branches and representatives offices), reorganisation, liquidation of companies. He also consults clients related to the establishment of investment companies, licensing and activities of payment and e.money institutions, insurance companies and banks, including their branches.

Dominykas‘ experience in corporate field consists of working on local and international projects – consulting clients on investment in Lithuania, setting up companies and groups, implementing company group structurings and other projects. Main experience involves setting up, merging, de-merging local and foreign companies, establishing effective organizational structures and performing companies liquidation procedures.

Dominykas‘ experience in finance law consists of working with Lithuanian and foreign clients on licensing, activities and compliance of payment and e-money institutions, consumer credit providers, banks, their branches, investment funds and companies, management companies. Also, he has significant experience in implementing effective anti money laundering and terrorist financing projects, which involved implementing effective AML procedures and evaluating the effectiveness of existent procedures.

Dominykas has a Master’s degree in Finance and Tax Law from Vilnius University. He constantly participates in various seminars and conferences in order to deepen his knowledge in finance and corporate law. Additionally he is actively engaged in activities of various organizations and associations (e.g. Infobalt, Start-up accelerators, Fintech groups and other organizations).
