Ina is an experienced professional, an attorney-at-law with over 19 years of experience in business law. Her primary practice area is corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Ina has comprehensive experience in implementing complex business restructuring solutions and transforming the structures of group companies on a local and international scale. Ina devotes a significant part of her time to consulting activities, solving issues between shareholders, corporate governance and financing, and other issues pertaining to commercial activities, as well as conducting legal due diligence of businesses.
Ina leads the practice of corporate and labor law at PwC Legal in Vilnius. Ina's experience in the field of labor law includes both employment law solutions on regular issues related to the set up of employment, as well as taking the lead on legal issues relevant in forensic investigations, as well as labor disputes
