Justė Marcinkevičiūtė

Justė is a senior associate at PwC Legal, who advises local and foreign clients on how to most effectively use the financial instruments and incentives offered by the State and the EU. In her practice, Justė also provides assistance to clients in assessing their compliance with state aid rules.
Before joining the PwC Legal team, Justė worked at Invest Lithuania, which, among other services, provided consultancy services to a public sector entities considering to implement infrastructure projects and looking for the most acceptable and suitable sources of financing.
During her career, Justė also worked at LTG Infra, the Lithuanian railway infrastructure manager, where she coordinated all the procedures related with the assurance of more than 150 million EUR EU financing for the national importance project. Hence, she has excellent knowledge not only of potential EU financing opportunities, but also has experience based on practice, what challenges can be faced by clients using the financial instruments and incentives offered by the state and the European Union.
