Rokas started his professional career in 2004 in one of the Big 4. In the year 2006-2011 he has been working at one of the biggest law firms' in Baltic countries, where he became associate partner in 2011. Since 2012, Rokas is heading PwC Legal Lithuania.
Rokas specialises in the Banking and Finance, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. In his practice, Rokas has been taking part in the negotiations on financing documentation and related security measures. He has been providing consultation services on matters related to the establishing, licensing and merging of financial institutions and insurance companies. He has been also offering consultation services on business acquisitions and disposals.
Rokas has extensive experience in solving legal questions pertaining to transaction structures, establishment, transformation and reorganization of legal entities. He provides legal consultations on complex regulatory, acquisition and merger issues.
Rokas holds a master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University and LL.M degree from Hamburg University. In year 2009, Rokas has passed Lithuanian Bar exam.
