Teodoras Steponavičius

Teodoras is a Manager at PwC Legal, attorney-at-law. His field of legal expertise is energy & infrastructure, real estate transactions and regulatory law. He constantly works with clients on legal matters in the following areas: commercial contracting law, business regulatory issues, licencing and other commercial compliance issues as well as participate in various legal due diligences. In addition, he has also prepared a number of legal opinions and feasibility studies prepared in the field of my specialisation.

Before joining Pwc Legal Teodoras has gained substantial professional experience in both private and public sectors. His public management working experience covers implementation of the Lithuanian business supervision reform including consolidation and project of more than 59 state supervision institutions and measures regarding the improvement of the business environment regulations. 

During his practice in the largest commercial law firms in Lithuania his work experience with private sector included provision of various legal services to public and private clients related to the implementation of international energy and infrastructure projects, among others including projects of the national importance. 

Teodoras has acquired a Master’s degree in law in Law Faculty of Vilnius University. He constantly deepens his knowledge in the field of my specialization by participating at various conferences, seminars and trainings.
