The core part of Tax Disputes and Litigation Practice of PwC Legal is related to tax disputes. The Tax Disputes’ team consists of lawyers, among whom there are also former tax officials as well as members of the Court of Justice of the European Union who have a deep tax knowledge and work together with accounting, transfer pricing, audit and other specialists. The Litigation Practice involves legal representation of clients in the general and administrative courts of all instances. The cases examined by our lawyers are distinguished by their complexity, international character and elements of European Union and international law. Our clients have succeeded to win the cases before national courts, among other things, due to the favorable interpretation of the European Union law by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
