Hugh Owen, former Allen & Overy partner, joins PwC to strengthen its M&A practice in the CEE region including Lithuania

PwC has welcomed Hugh Owen, a former partner of Allen & Overy law firm, to strengthen its Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Central and Eastern Europe region including Lithuania.

With more than 25 years of experience in advising on M&A transactions in a wide variety of sectors - from financial institutions, technology, media and telecoms, energy and utilities to healthcare, real estate, and defence - Hugh will focus on English law and general M&A support at PwC.
He will also be available for expert consultations across the PwC CEE region and in Lithuania.
