PwC Legal and PwC Lithuania advised Tieto Lietuva on the sale of a part of its business to the company Tietoevry Tech Services Lithuania

PwC Legal and PwC Lithuania advised Tieto Lithuania on the sale of the part of its business Tech Services, which consists of the company's technological services segment (IT services, such as the modernisation and development of applied software and infrastructure) to the group company Tietoevry Tech Services Lithuania.

PwC Legal prepared the transaction documents and advised on other legal issues related to the transaction project. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to successfully execute another smooth project.

The project was led by Senior Manager, Attorney-at-Law Ina Muckienė and Manager, Assistant Attorney-at-Law Jolita Juočionienė, Senior Associate, Assistant Attorney-at-Law Artūras Anisimenka and Associate, Assistant Attorney-at-Law Inga Šorševa.
