By merging Horion’s expertise with Saige’s consulting and technology strengths, Saige Europe is now well-positioned to expand its innovative offerings, such as CivicBridge — Saige’s proprietary framework for public sector digital transformation — reaching a broader client base.
PwC’s Legal team, led by Rokas Bukauskas, Partner and Head of PwC Legal in Lithuania, alongside Senior Associate Augustė Siutilaitė, provided comprehensive legal services throughout the transaction. Their contributions included:
- Conducting legal due diligence on behalf of the buyer, Saige Consulting
- Drafting and preparing the transaction documents
- Negotiating the terms of the deal
- Offering full legal support during both the signing and closing phases of the transaction
The transaction was successfully signed and closed on December 31, 2024. Additionally, PwC Legal has been retained to provide ongoing legal support to the client post-closing.
