PwC Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Spain professionals represented Intrum as sole financial advisers on the sale of Intrum Lithuania, Intrum Latvia and Intrum Estonia to Aktiva Finance Group. With this transaction, Intrum narrows its geography to focus on tactical markets, while Aktiva Finance Group becomes the largest player in the Baltic debt collection and credit management services market.
