Kantar Public, a portfolio company of Trilantic Europe, has acquired the leading European research and policy analysis centre PPMI. In this deal, PwC Lithuania has provided the buy-side financial and tax due diligence and other transaction advisory services.
- Financial due diligence team included Teet Tender, Rokas Žemaitis, Greta Didžbalė, Aušra Almantė Ambrazaitė, and Kamilė Bertašiūtė.
- Tax due diligence team included Nerijus Nedzinskas, Ronaldas Kubilius, Ingrida Kemežienė, Martynas Bagdonas, Monika Kerpytė, and Sangeta Bulkevičiūtė.
