PwC Deals and Tax teams’ experts advised vendors BaltCap and the management on the sale of the leading waste management company in Lithuania Ecoservice, to Eco Baltia grupa, the leading Baltic waste management group backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund.
PwC Lithuania´s team conducted vendor financial and tax due diligence of the project and the team included Nerijus Nedzinskas, Teet Tender, Rokas Žemaitis, Ieva Rimkienė, Aušra Almantė Ambrazaitė.
Ecoservice is a leading waste management company in Lithuania, engaged in the collection, transportation, treatment of various waste, rental of biotoilets, city cleaning and street maintenance, providing a wide range of other services.
