PwC  Deals and Tax teams’ experts advised vendors BaltCap and the management on the sale of the leading waste management company in Lithuania Ecoservice, to Eco Baltia grupa, the leading Baltic waste management group backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund.

PwC Lithuania´s team conducted vendor financial and tax due diligence of the project and the team included Nerijus Nedzinskas, Teet Tender, Rokas Žemaitis, Ieva Rimkienė, Aušra Almantė Ambrazaitė.

Ecoservice is a leading waste management company in Lithuania, engaged in the collection, transportation, treatment of various waste, rental of biotoilets, city cleaning and street maintenance, providing a wide range of other services.

Eco Baltia is the largest multifunctional waste management group in the Baltics in terms of turnover. Eco Baltia's business covers the entire waste management value chain in Latvia, from waste management to waste collection, sorting and marketing of recyclable raw materials, and finally recycling. The shareholders of Eco Baltia are INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund (52.81%), the EBRD (30.51%) and the company's management (16.68%).
