PwC Lithuania advised NDX Group which acquired a real estate portfolio of retail stores

PwC Lithuania advised NDX Group which, together with Galio Group via jointly established project company G.L.G. Projektai acquired a grocery anchored real estate portfolio of retail stores from EECP. The acquired portfolio consists of 17 properties across Lithuania with the total GLA of 50 thousand sq. m. and was the largest real estate transaction in the Baltics in 2022.
