PwC Lithuania‘s Deals team, in collaboration with colleagues from PwC Latvija, PwC Estonia and PwC España, advised Intrum AB on the sale of Intrum Baltics to Activa Finance Group. The transaction perimeter covered the servicing platforms and investment portfolios of Intrum Baltics (Intrum Estonia AS, Intrum Latvia SIA and Intrum Lithuania UAB).
PwC acted as the lead sell-side M&A advisor.

PwC advised Greentech SA, a portfolio company of Abris Capital Partners Ltd., a circular economy leader in Central Europe, on the acquisition of the largest industrial waste management company in Lithuania - Žalvaris UAB. In this deal, PwC Lithuania has provided the buy-side financial and tax due diligence and other transaction advisory services.
Abris Capital Partners is the leading ESG transformation specialist private equity fund manager, focused on mid-market opportunities in the major countries of Central Europe. The combined business will be well placed to act as a trusted recycling partner for producers and waste generators that are investing more in carbon footprint reduction.
PwC‘s Deals team, in collaboration with PwC Legal, advised TietoEVRY Oyj on the sale of the part of Tieto Lithuania‘s business, which consists of the company's technological services segment, to the group company TietoEVRY Tech Services Lithuania. PwC Lithuania‘s Deals team performed the valuation services to the Tech Services business.

PwC Lithuania has advised Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II by developing a detailed cash flow model regarding the operations of Baltic Rezo UAB and its subsidiaries. We are pleased that our work helped Baltic Rezo to secure a EUR 30m 10-year loan from SEB Bank to further expand its Baltic telecommunication infrastructure focusing on data centres and fibre-optic networks.

PwC Finland played a key role as advisors, offering expertise in financial & tax due diligence, accounting consulting services, and integration preparation work. Simultaneously, PwC Lithuania actively supported colleagues in Finland by contributing the majority of the team to the financial due diligence work.
