How would you describe your days at PwC?

My days at PwC were exciting and challenging - but in a good way. I learnt a great deal and met so many different people that made a tremendous impact on my PwC journey.

Can you tell us a bit more about your current role?

I am currently leading the Middle East business for qure.ai which is an Artificial Intelligence Healthcare provider. The role is about growing the company in the Middle East as we see a lot of potential in this market when it comes to the adoption of AI solutions.

How did working at PwC help you achieve your career goals?

I believe working at PwC especially the Health Industries team helped me gain the necessary skills and experience to really understand how the Healthcare market operates and the changes that are happening especially in the technology/digital transformation space. It showed me that this is the space that I want to progress my career in further because it’s a true passion of mine.

How do you think the pandemic changed the way we work?

The pandemic I believe made us all learn a lot but for me it was how to adapt to change – the change of having to work from home, to organize our time better and focus on what’s important.

What were some of the highlights from your time at the firm?

The biggest highlights for me would be first making life-long friendships and second being given so many opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience.

Any lasting lessons from PwC that you still use today?

Approach any situation with an open mindset – whether you succeed or fail, you will learn a great deal from the experience overall.

What is the best career advice you ever received?

Don’t just look for any job or role – find something that you love and are passionate about.
