Use of personal data
Personal data communicated by you in the registration form will be used for the following purposes:
- organising the event you signed up for, including managing the contact lists;
- sending invitations to the event;
- requesting feedback on the event;
- performing statistical analytics;
- to notify you about other events organised by PwC firms in Moldova, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data based on your consent. Granting consent is voluntary, however without your consent we will not be able to send you the invitation to event.
Data retention
Personal data communicated by you in the registration form shall be processed for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose mentioned above, for a period not exceeding five years from the event date.
If you grant your consent for notifying you about other events, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
When and how we share personal data and locations of processing
We will only share personal data with others when we are legally permitted to do so. When we share data with others, we put contractual arrangements and security mechanisms in place to protect the data and to comply with our data protection, confidentiality and security standards.

In addition, if the case, we may disclose your personal data, for the purposes described above, to the event cohost mentioned in the event invitation.
