Law no. 77 dated 21 April 2016 regarding information technology parks has been amended.
Creation of the park council

The park council’s main responsibilities will include validating the park’s annual activity plan and development strategy as well as examining and approving the twice-yearly and annual reports on the activities of the park and its residents.
Introduction of new eligible activities
The following two eligible activities have been added for information technology parks:
Activities of call centres (82.20), including those based on any technology or communication channel with customers (contact centre), provided exclusively for export.

Extending the term of operation of the park and the state guarantee on the single tax
The period of the information technology park’s operation has been extended until 2037, with the state guarantee regarding the single tax extended until 2035.
