Belgrade, 26 June 2023 - PwC Serbia and PwC Montenegro are pleased to announce the appointment of Biljana Bogovac as the new Country Managing Partner, effective from 1 July 2023.
Biljana will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction and operations of PwC offices operating in Serbia and in Montenegro. With an extensive background in audit and assurance services she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this leadership position.
Biljana has a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Under her guidance, we are confident that our organisation will continue to deliver outstanding results, forge strong partnerships, and maintain our position as a trusted advisor in the local market.

Biljana is taking over office from Emmanuel Koenig, who successfully ran the Company over the past 15 years and laid solid foundations for the Company’s future.
With over 25 years’ professional experience, Biljana has a deep understanding of the local market, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. As Leader of ESG Services Platform, she is also actively involved in promoting ESG standards for companies’ behaviour and in helping organisations to take the best steps towards sustainability.
Biljana received her degree in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and a certified professional auditor (Serbia and Montenegro).
