PayWell Macedonia 2016

PricewaterhouseCoopers Macedonia is pleased to inform you that we are launching our sixth consecutive PayWell Salary and Benefits Survey. The aim of the survey is providing you with reliable information on compensation, benefits and relevant HR policies, as well as with comparative market data.

In this regard we are pleased to invite you to participate in our PayWell Macedonia 2016 Salary and Benefits survey edition, that will result in a detailed report on compensation and benefits policies, operated by the companies active on the Macedonian market.

The PayWell Macedonia 2016 Report will contain valuable information on compensation and benefits and overall reward management. Our experience shows that those companies that put in place effective reward and compensation programmes will achieve the greatest level of success in the increasingly competitive market environment.

Salary and benefits data will be collected throughout March until end of September 2016 and will be based on the data as at 30 June 2016. The Report will contain information on participants’ anticipated changes to compensation and benefits, so can be used when considering changes to your overall compensation and reward offering during 2016 and onwards.

The report release is conditioned by the timely data delivery from participant side. If we experience any delay in the data delivery, it may affect the report release date.

The PayWell Macedonia 2016 uses the PricewaterhouseCoopers STRATA job matching methodology, which enables us to evaluate and then compare job positions on the basis of role and responsibility rather than on the basis of formal job title. We believe our job matching methodology as well as our selection of the companies makes this Survey unique on the Macedonian market.
