PwC Academy - Statutory obligations for companies

PwC Academy and training centre of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on 30 May 2016 shall organise the training 'Statutory obligations for each company' with the purpose to familiarise the companies with set of laws and legal obligations applicable to them, as well as actions that companies could undertake (adoption of internal regulations, reporting to institution etc) in order to mitigate the regulatory risks. Additionally, the goal of the training is the identication of areas for possible optimisation in the companies from a legal perspective.

The laws and legal obligations which will be included in this training are applicable and mandatory for all companies registered in The Republic of Macedonia. Therefore, this training is intended for all companies, indpendent of their size, type of business, and their type of management structure.
