People Profiles: Chris Cardona

Meet Chris Cardona. He is an Assistant Manager in the Assurance line of service, and has been working with PwC since 2008.

Chris has learnt a great deal from the seniors in his team, whom he considers to be extremely talented and who have provided him with excellent support and coaching over the last few years. He is exposed to a large and varied client portfolio and strives to consistently add value to his client engagements. Chris has recently returned from a work secondment in Australia – an experience that he describes as a huge learning opportunity. During this secondment, he was exposed to a new culture and a new way of thinking as well as providing him with extensive technical experience. Chris was impressed with the firm’s comprehensive secondment programme that supported him throughout this opportunity. He feels that the training and development offered at PwC is over and above what is expected and that investing in people is not just a model at PwC – it is a reality.
