Romina Soler joined PwC Malta in 1990 as an ACCA student trainee.She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA). 

She was admitted into the firm’s partnership in 2006 and developed considerable experience in audit and special assignments over the years, including a one-year secondment to the audit practice in PwC London.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has a solid knowledge of leading audit engagements and she is actively involved in the PwC Malta´s assurance division, with a leading role in the iGaming and Insurance sectors. Leading a number of cross border audit assignments, her current and past portfolio includes some of the more renowned operators in each industry. She has also been involved in due diligence assignments in relation to mergers and acquisitions. 

On a personal level, she enjoys traveling on land and at sea with her favourite travel companion, her husband. As a huge animal lover, she adores her dog Pippin, and tries to horse ride as often as she can, as the same time contributing in a small way to animal-welfare organisations, such as RMJ Horse Rescue.
