Ryan Sciberras joined PwC Malta in 1998 after graduating with a first class degree in Accounting from the University of Malta. Spending his first four years within the Assurance practice, he then transferred to Advisory in 2002.
He was admitted into the firm’s partnership in 2012 and he is one of our firm’s real estate specialists. Over the years he has been involved in a lead consulting capacity in most of the real estate projects that the firm has or is currently participating in.
His involvement includes the compilation of detailed business models, cash flow analysis, assistance in raising funds through the Malta Stock Exchange, business analysis and advice in relation to the raising of other forms of finance. He also led the team that prepared the valuations in connection with the Asset Quality Review of HSBC Bank in 2014.
