Imelda Ronnie G. Castro

Emy has built up over 20 years of experience in the audits of companies in a variety of business lines including those in the energy, trading, hotel, mining, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, shipping and other service industries including SOX-related engagements. She holds a solid background in US SEC-registered companies and other multinational businesses. She has worked on the reviews of US SEC quarterly and annual filings in coordination with the Global Capital Markets Group from the National Office in New York City, USA. She also participated in the Quality Audit Review conducted in Malaysia.

Lecturer/speaker on auditing, accounting and related business subject matters on seminars and in-house trainings organized by the firm.

Emy graduated Cum Laude from Saint Louis University in Baguio City with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting. She also took the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management wherein she received the Superior Performance Award.

Emy concurrently serves as the firm’s Human Capital Leader.

She maintains memberships at Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Management Association of the Philippines, Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice and People Management Association of the Philippines.
