Mary Jade T. Roxas-Divinagracia, CFA, CVA

Jade’s areas of experience include M&A advisory, financial due diligence review, privatization and PPP, business and intangible assets valuation, and market and financial feasibility studies. Her industry experience covers logistics, power and energy, banking and insurance, retail and consumer, business process outsourcing, real estate and property, food and beverage, healthcare and hospital services, infrastructure and utilities, and education and non-profit organizations.

She has been the project leader for several valuation engagements and financial due diligence reviews involving companies in the business of telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, power generation, real estate, financial services and utilities. She provides M&A advice to companies looking to buy and sell businesses.

Jade holds a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii and Japan-America Institute of Management Services. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce major in Accounting from University of St. La Salle in Bacolod and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Jade is a Certified Public Accountant and ranked 5th in the CPA Board Exams. She completed a Trusted Advisors Program for Corporate Finance Professionals as well as Asia Pacific Leadership Program both from INSEAD Executive Learning in Singapore. Jade is also a CFA Charterholder.
