Harold is admitted as a tax principal and brings over 15 years of experience in corporate incentives, corporate registration and retirement, corporate compliance and reorganization, tax treaties, tax consultancy, administrative tax refunds and tax assessments.
As Senior Legal Advisor with Cabrera & Company, also a Philippine member firm of PwC, his legal experience includes advising and securing inbound working visas and work permits of expatriates, contract review, legal consultations, legal due diligence, corporate secretarial work, and representations before the Court of Tax Appeals, trial courts, appellate courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College. Harold was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2000. He is married to Sharon Bustos.
