Concurrent with Fedna’s role in Assurance, she is also the Firm’s Tax - Global Compliance and Client Accounting Services Partner.

She has over 20 years of solid Assurance experience in business process outsourcing/shared service centres, telecommunications, logistics, advertising, information and communications, manufacturing, service and other industries, including involvement in various financial due diligence reviews and initial public offerings. She spent six months on exchange with the then PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and further honed her expertise during her secondment in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Washington D.C. where she audited some of the most complex and largest PwC engagements, and US SEC listed entities under the rules of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.

In July 2008, Fedna was transferred to the Tax Department to head the Global Compliance and Client Accounting Services. In this capacity, she is responsible for assuring multinational companies (MNCs) and domestic entities are receiving the highest level of service from our outsourcing groups on payroll, tax compliance returns preparation services and other statutory filing requirements, bookkeeping/accounting and other related services.

Fedna’s major payroll clients include various industries such as business process outsourcing and share service centres, manufacturing and financial services.
