Generative AI: Our Artificial Intelligence services

We conduct Executive GenAI Digital Upskilling and Masterclass programs specifically designed for C-suites and executives. We also provide AI strategy development services that include creating a well-defined AI roadmap, implementing effective implementation strategies and establishing a trusted AI framework.

We specialize in co-developing interconnected AI governance structures and ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of AI and emerging technologies into an organization's operations. One of our key focus areas is facilitating people adoption and driving positive change within the organization. Moreover, we offer GenAI Proof of Concepts and Proof of Value initiatives, paired with an organization's people, process and technology maturity analysis. This helps assess an organization’s readiness to adopt AI and kickstart their GenAI journey.

Your journey in Gen AI with PwC

We will take you through the workstreams outlined below. These phases are a tried-and-tested process designed to ensure the appropriate buy-in, training and support to succeed in your journey.

Phase 1

Executive Education

We will bring your leadership team up to speed with all things GenAI

This session will provide you with an understanding of what GenAI is and how it’s impacting businesses and society, an introduction to responsible AI, and a better understanding of real-world use cases and its potential to fundamentally change the way we work. This session is essential, as buy-in from the executive team will enable us to gain buy-in from the wider firm.

AI Strategy Development

We will co-create an AI strategy with you

This strategy will inform how you make AI-related decisions in your business. It will be influenced by your business strategy and objectives, your industry and your market position, as well as other factors that are bespoke to your business. This will allow you to make objective decisions around choosing the right AI tool, selecting the appropriate use cases selection and creating rollout plans.

Responsible AI

We will help you create a Responsible AI framework

We will work with you to create a framework to promote the use of “safe AI.” Depending on your business, this could include the creation of an AI Risk & Governance Panel, an AI risk policy, an approval process for tools and use cases, and communication guidance for your team. This will ensure that there are appropriate processes for aspects like data privacy and protection, and review of work. We will take a balanced approach to ensure that we manage the appropriate risks whilst allowing the business to move quickly and use GenAI efficiently.

Phase 2

Technology Deployment

We will deploy the technology and provide cyber and privacy sign-offs

We will help you deploy ChatGPT Enterprise and will provide you with the appropriate cybersecurity and privacy sign-offs.

Pilot Establishment

We will create and train a pilot user group in each territory

We will provide training to your pilot group and work with them to identify key business-focused use cases that will add meaningful value to your business. This will ensure that when the time comes, the wider team will be set up to achieve success from day one.

Pilot users will be high achievers who are curious to engage with GenAI. They will have the ability to influence various levels within the firm and receive advanced training and guidance.

Full deployment (People & Organization Change)

We will help you leverage GenAI with your wider team

A successful GenAI rollout will require a focus on change management. We can train the wider team (or work with a “train the trainer” model) and use existing learnings, frameworks and ideas to expand into new areas of the business. When you’re ready, we can also discuss building bespoke AI personas or implementing specific AI workflows to solve bespoke use cases or workflows.

Our other services

In addition to our insurance-specific capabilities, we also provide a full range of assurance, advisory and tax services that help insurance companies.
